Collection or Drop-off of Your Hard Drive or Other Media
Choose to send or drop off your media at our offices in Luxembourg, or take advantage of our free collection service through our partnerships with DHL and FedEx.

Reception at Our Data Recovery Center
Once your hard drive or other media is received at our data recovery center, we commit to completing the recovery process within a maximum of 48 hours. You will receive a detailed intervention report that includes information such as system architecture, file names, and the total volume of recovered data. To ensure the security of your data, they will be copied onto a new encrypted hard drive.

Payment
Once the data recovery process is complete, we will send you an invoice corresponding to the initial quote. We kindly ask you to settle the total amount before we proceed with sending your recovered data on the new hard drive. We accept payments via bank transfer to ensure a secure and transparent transaction.

Return
After receiving the payment, you will receive your hard drive containing all your data within a maximum of 48 hours (via DHL) at the address of your choice. Our priority is to ensure a prompt and secure return of your recovered data.
